Welcome to our online orienteering app ("Orienteer"), a service of Barleycorn Industries LLC. By using Orienteer, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Orienteer.
You may use Orienteer for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use Orienteer for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of Orienteer, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post or transmit through Orienteer, including but not limited to photos, text and location data ("User Content"). You must not upload, post or transmit any User Content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, abusive, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise offensive or illegal.
Orienteer and its original content, features and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Orienteer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Orienteer or the information, content, materials, or products included on Orienteer.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Orienteer or any information, content, materials, products or services included on or otherwise made available to you through Orienteer.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our affiliates, licensors, partners and service providers, and our and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your use of Orienteer in violation of these Terms and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any User Content that you post or transmit through Orienteer causes us to be liable to another.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Orienteer following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
If any provision of these terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
